At Sylvan Design, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most of our handcrafted furniture and decor. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help you find an alternative or process a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all hardware or accessories.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
